A key push that has driven the public to formulate the negative opinion as far as their effectiveness to dissemble the people is concerned is that of the new health care bill which excludes certain state members from paying the same taxes as the other states. If equality is a social obligation which the government stands to promote the health care bill clearly does not authenticate that line of thought (Mcdonald, 1999). Unemployment, according to the Fortune is right like a shot the No.1 issue in America, with the unavailability of jobs being a key concern along with employers inability to find workers they want. Even then the government fails to predict this issue when presenting their jobs agenda to the nation. This was se en as a key missing element in the American Jobs Act. A shocking perspective of this situation roots from tercet key reasons due to which the Defense Department has found about 75% of American citizens between the ages of 17 and 24 who are not qualified so far to serve in armed forces being inadequate education, criminality and physical unfitness. Three shocking aspects that further signify the failure of the American government to make up with effective education reforms, social controls and providing adequate health facilities. A society in which the basic needs of each individual are not lived up to leads to social deterioration and unrest of the community as a whole.
